CEPS is a company providing independent professional advice related to the procurement of buildings, equipment and processes for manufacturing, research and associated facilities. It has three primary areas of activity (see above).  CEPS has over thirty year's experience within the pharmaceutical, bio-technology and chemical process industries of managing and consulting upon projects in the UK and overseas. CEPS offers cost effective solutions and detailed knowledge of the regulatory framework governing new facility design or changes to existing facilities.

Background

Over the past 30 years CEPS's principle, Barry Cahill, who holds a Masters degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering, has successfully managed and consulted upon projects in the UK , Ireland, USA, Canada, Europe, India, South Africa and Indonesia up to a value of £60 million. He has also held senior engineering posts in a number of blue chip pharmaceutical companies.

These projects have involved complex processes, procurement of a variety of specialist plant and equipment and the creation of many new facilities including warehousing, production, laboratory, and office buildings.
